- You must notify The Resilient Mum within 14 days of purchasing the item(s) to return any item(s). Item(s) must be returned to The Resilient Mum. Please contact The Resilient Mum directly: firstname.lastname@example.org
- The Resilient Mum will issue your refund to your original payment method.
- The Resilient Mum recommends using a recorded delivery service, as The Resilient Mum cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. Please retain proof of you returning your item(s).
- Digital products, products that have been used and products that are not in their original packaging are exempt from being returned and The Resilient Mum will not issue a refund for the mentioned items.
Returning To Sender
If your items are returned to The Resilient Mum for any reason, due to non-delivery, incorrect postal address or nobody being available to sign for your items, then an additional charge will be incurred to cover redelivery costs. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
If you are claiming against an order you have received that has been damaged in transit, please notify The Resilient Mum via email: email@example.com Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
Products returned by you because of a defect will be replaced by The Resilient Mum or refunded in full. This includes a refund of the delivery charges and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to The Resilient Mum.
If your package is unclaimed and is returned back to The Resilient Mum, The Resilient Mum may refund the amount of the product(s), but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
In the event that you would like your order again, you would have to complete the payment by placing your order online and by paying the delivery fee.
Please Note: The Resilient Mum is not responsible for reimbursement of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Resilient Mum.
